- How does registration work?
- Visitors press "I am going" on the event page — that is a free registration (RSVP). For paid events (M2) they can buy a ticket via the checkout; the ticket QR is delivered by email and in the mobile app.
- How do organizers check visitors in?
- Organizers use the ticket scanner (PWA, M2) or the mobile app: the visitor shows a QR on the phone, the scanner marks it as checked in and shows visitor roles (VIP, speaker, …).
- Can I import my audience from another system?
- Yes: Excel/CSV upload (M4) and Eventbrite import (M7). The 2event data can be exported and re-imported via CSV.
- Is there an API?
- Yes. The whole platform is API-first: REST + OpenAPI docs, organizer API with keys and webhooks (M7). Docs: the /developers page and the API host /docs.
